Question 1

What is MCP?

Accepted Answer

It's how Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Codex call tools from chat. Hosted URL: https://mcp.goarmada.co. Claude.ai / ChatGPT / Grok: add a custom connector and Sign in (OAuth). Cursor / Claude Code / Codex: Authorization: Bearer arm_….

Question 2

Does Armada have its own agent tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes — curated MCP tools over the Capability Registry: people/companies, email/phone, sequences, conversations, content, runs, and approvals. list_capabilities returns the full catalog.

Question 3

Do I still need Clay, Instantly, or HeyReach?

Accepted Answer

Not for the core loop. Armada covers discovery, enrichment, email and LinkedIn outbound, pacing, and unified conversations. Keep other tools only if they do something Armada doesn't.

Question 4

Can the agent write sequences, or only enroll?

Accepted Answer

Write and enroll. Start from a playbook or describe the steps in chat. The visual sequencer is still there when you want it.

Question 5

Can agents use my own enrichment keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect providers in Settings → Data Sources, then pass provider: byok:slug on find/enrich calls (or leave auto for Armada's waterfall).

Question 6

Is this secure?

Accepted Answer

Keys are per workspace and rotatable. LinkedIn, email, CRM, and BYO provider credentials never leave Armada — connect flows happen in the product UI.

Question 7

How do I get access?

Accepted Answer

Sign up, open Settings → Developers, and mint a workspace key. Claude and ChatGPT use the hosted MCP URL plus an Authorization header. Cursor / Claude Code / Codex get mcp.json or CLI. REST works the same key.

Question 8

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

No separate API fee. Enrichment, AI, and dialer usage bill the same as in the product. BYO data keys bill on your provider plan.
